Do you combine shipping for multiple orders? Yes. If you have an order placed that has not shipped yet and decide to place a second order, we will combine shipping for you and ship your items together! Shipping will be calculated based of package weight and size/priority shipping rates. The shipping overage amount will be credited back via your original method of payment. 

How often are you open/when do you re-stock? Currently, we have decided to remain open 24/7. Periodically, our website will close for updates or if we have a large amount of items to add, etc. If this is the case, a message will be posted on social media to advise the reason we are closed and the estimated amount of time we will remain closed. We do not do typical re-stocks where our site is closed (throughout most of the month) and only open once a month for a limited time.                                                                                        

How much is shipping/who do you use for shipping? Shipping is calculated based off of the number of items purchased. We charge $6 for the first item and $1 each additional item. We ship priority mail and use flat rate mailers (flat rate envelopes/medium size boxes mainly).                                                                                                  

How will I know when you plan on adding new products to the website? The best way to stay informed and up to date on our newest products and release dates is to follow us on Facebook and Instagram!;)     

Do you accept returns/offer refunds? No. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. That being said, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding your order. We appreciate your business!
